EP Logistics International (EPLI) entered into an agreement to acquire 100% stake in the German SGL-Schienen Güter Logistik GmbH. EPLI sees rail freight transport and construction logistics in Germany as a promising area and with this acquisition, it is therefore expanding its presence there in a new region – Bavaria. With more than 100 employees, SGL is one of the leading companies in the German market, providing comprehensive solutions in freight transport and construction logistics. EPLI will take legislative control of this company at the end of October.
