Based on the approval of the Antimonopoly Office and fulfillment of all other conditions, on 26 July 2019 EP Logistics International, a.s. 2019 took over 100% share of LOCON Logistik & Consulting AG.

EP Logistics International (EPLI) from EPH Holding has made an agreement to purchase a 100% share in the German rail carrier Locon Logistik & Consulting. EPLI sees the acquisition as one of its strategic goals.
Establishment of EP Merseburg Transport and Logistics GmbH
EP Cargo Deutschland GmbH, part of Energy and Industry Holding a.s., and Mitteldeutsche Eisenbahn GmbH, a part of DB Cargo AG and VTG Rail Logistik Deutschland GmbH, established a joint company EP Merseburg Transport and Logistik GmbH on April 5, 2019 with the aim to provide rail transport services and other related services. The majority owner is EP Cargo Deutschland GmbH.
The Future on the Railway
LokoTrain s.r.o., as a proper member of the ŽESNAD association, participated on April 26 and 27, 2019 in Česká Třebová, on the organization of a unique interactive event for students and the public called The Future is on the Railway.
