EP Cargo Deutschland GmbH, part of Energy and Industry Holding a.s., and Mitteldeutsche Eisenbahn GmbH, a part of DB Cargo AG and VTG Rail Logistik Deutschland GmbH, established a joint company EP Merseburg Transport and Logistik GmbH on April 5, 2019 with the aim to provide rail transport services and other related services. The majority owner is EP Cargo Deutschland GmbH.
